This session is open to anyone who would like to provide input on setting new performance targets for FFY 2020 through FFY 2025 (2020/21 through 2025/26 school years). Every six years the Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) at the US Department of Education submits a new SPP/APR package for approval to the Office of Management and Budget. This package guides the data collection and reporting on the SPP/APR 17 indicators. The FFY 2020-2025 package is approved and there are measurement changes to multiple performance indicators and new targets need to be established with stakeholder input.
This session will specifically address Indicator 1: Graduation and Indictor 2: Drop Out. It will include a look at the historical data and possible methods for target setting.
